Delivery Packaging

We'd be interested to hear a little more feedback from people on what they think about the packaging we use to send out orders, and how you receive them.

From when we first started we deliberately tried to not use more packaging than was necessary, being aware of the environmental aspect of overdone / too much packaging for many products and companies.

Hence we've only used simple and minimal packaging to post out orders.

Just recently though we've had a couple of comments that people thought the padded jiffy bag they received was not minimal enough, and they had expected more robust packaging for things being sent though the post system.

It is something we are open to re-considering just how we do it, and this are ideally seeking a wider range of comments and feedback. Either via this forum or simply by email or conversation with us. Pros and cons. Whether you appreciate that we are trying to use minimal packaging, or if you felt a bit disappointed that your items didn't have extra protection during delivery.
