There are two parts to my comments really, good and bad. The bad part: It really should come with some kind of warning about getting the pump started! You had a very frustrated customer who believed had received a faulty product with a broken pump, as was pumping and pumping and no lotion coming. Was only after I'd given up and husband then had a go that finally product came out. OK, it works very well once started, and now understand that the vacuum style pump takes a while to get started (and will be better to get the last of the bottle out), but it wasn't just 5 or 6 pumps, more like a dozen first time before getting any cream. (yes now works well, and each day one pump instantly provides a good amount of lotion - not too much). Like said some kind of warning that will have pump so many times at first might be good.
The Good: Actual lotion once it comes out is lovely though. Is light, not too thick and not sticky, and feels refreshing when put on. Really do like the lotion, just a pity had the pump issue at the start.
