 | UMF®25+ Manuka Honey available againMonday, 6 October 2008 You will be pleased to know that after an absence of several months, our UMF®25+ Manuka Honey from Comvita is back in stock and available to order or purchase in store. One of the downsides to be a completely natural product is that it relies on mother nature to produce it - we can't just turn on machines to make another batch. Of the manuka honey produced in New Zealand each year, only a very small portion contains sufficiently high levels of antibacterial properties to qualify for the UMF®25+ label. Hence it is not always available. However you can now get it, in time for the winter months, from either our online ordering or in our actual store. The UMF25+ is ideal for those of you who have severe digestive problems. In many cases though, as long as it is a genuine UMF® labelled manuka honey (meaning it has been properly tested for its labelled potency), then in many cases a UMF10+ or UMF20+ may be the appropriate manuka honey for you.
