The following terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. Your continued use of the website and / or purchasing from it means that you, as an individual or as a representative of an entity, have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them.You maintain all your statutory rights. You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of placing it. If this is the case please notify us with the order number you wish to cancel, and return the goods, and we shall refund you the purchase price of the goods. You are encouraged to be aware of your statutory rights. Further information on your rights can be obtained through your local trading standards authority, citizens advice bureau, or visit www.consumer.gov.uk PRIVACY AND PAYMENT DETAILS The New Zealand Honey Shop (as part of World Of NZ Ltd) respects your privacy rights. We only ask for details required to enable us to provide a quality service to you. These will be stored on a secure server and never disclosed to any third parties unless required to perform our service to you (eg if we choose to use a courier service for a large order and therefore provide your address). We DO NOT receive your credit card details. To reassure you in your shopping experience we have chosen to use reputable third party payment service provider - Protx - (you will be directed to their website to undertake payment) so that you can be assured of the latest security features that they offer. Payment is required at the time of order. Prices displayed include current VAT where applicable. DELIVERY Goods will normally be posted via Royal Mail first class post. We reserve the right to use another delivery service at our discretion. We aim to send your goods within two business days (normally one) of receiving your order and payment confirmation. If this cannot be done we will notify you via email, with an option to change or cancel your order. Currently delivery is limited to the UK (addresses with a valid Royal Mail postcode) and Europe (EU member countries). Delivery charges apply, are based on the number of items and weight that you order, and can be viewed in the shopping cart page. RETURNS AND REFUNDS The New Zealand Honey Shop operates a no quible returns policy. Should the goods not be what you expected when you receive them, please notify us by email, and post them back within 28 days of ordering, and we shall fully refund you the goods price. Delivery charges not refundable. DISPUTES World Of NZ Ltd (of which The New Zealand Honey Shop is a division) is a member of the SafeBuy.org.uk scheme. As part of this there is an option of mediation by SafeBuy in any dispute, at no cost to you. Should you have any dispute with us, please inform us by email to info@worldofnz.co.uk with relevant details at the soonest opportunity, so that we can address your issue. CONTRACT / LAW JURISDICTION The contract between The New Zealand Honey Shop and you or your entity will be deemed to be agreed when The New Zealand Honey Shop despatches the goods ordered. The New Zealand Honey Shop reserves the right to not accept any order placed for any reason at our sole discretion. The parties to this aggreement and any contracts formed agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and English Law. OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by The New Zealand Honey Shop / World Of NZ Ltd. Faliure or inablity to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not affect our right to enforce the remaining terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time, with any changes posted on this website, and deemed to be valid from that time of posting.
